We design and build Dedicated Benders.  These machines are used in  industries that have a requirement for high volume parts that can not be bent productively on CNC Benders.  These parts normally have a lot of difficult bends, radius and obstacles.  Examples are charge ports, couplings, mounting blocks and compressor flange blocks.  We have designed and built machines that run with 19 bends, one charge port and two orientation compressor flange blocks with a 19 second cycle time.  Our expertise is with Copper, Aluminum, and Steel tubes sizes 8mm to 3/4" DIA.

Varying from one bend hand bender, to 19 bend pneumatic or hydraulic, semi automated.

High volume production benders are equipped with full safety controls, switches and block  rotation straighters. All tooling that contacts production part are hardened to THR specs and precision ground. All other components are  Black-Oxide.

This bender bends two different parts 1st is 1/2" .049 wall tube with 9 bends, 2nd is 1/2" .049 wall tube with 1 bend each part has charge ports with blocks on each end.

Manuals are supplied with PLC program diagram and floppy disk, maintenance instruction, operator instruction, part drawings, and components list with manufacture's.
